MRPP - Medium Range Point-to-Point

• An outdoor link that connects two points 1-5 km apart. It can cover more than 5 km if the terrain is less challenging.
• The TCP/IP throughput is 2-6 Mbps in 802.11b mode and 3-7 Mbps in 802.11g mode.
• This works in both LOS and NLOS terrains. The coverage distance and throughput will depend on the nature of the terrain.
